How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For same-day delivery, please place your order before 2 PM (local time).
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select locations and products. Cut-off times and availability will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer domestic shipping and local delivery. We’re working on expanding our delivery zones in the future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I customize my flower order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized message and choose from special gift wrap or vase options at checkout.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to replicate each design as shown, but due to seasonal availability, substitutions may occur. Any changes will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
