Delivery and cutoff
Delivery areas, the 2pm same day cutoff, what it costs and what happens if nobody is home.
We deliver, we do not ship
Every order is hand delivered by our own driver. We are not a wire service and we do not hand your order to a courier or to another florist. That is why we can tell you when it left.
We do not ship nationally. If an address is outside our delivery area we cannot fulfil the order.
Where we deliver
Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, across 86 zip codes. The zip code checker on our home page is the authority on whether we reach a given address. If your zip code is not on it, we do not deliver there yet.
When we deliver
Order before 2pm and we deliver the same day, seven days a week. Order after 2pm and the earliest we can deliver is the next morning. All times are Eastern.
We give you a cutoff, not a guaranteed delivery time. Traffic and weather are real, and we would rather be honest about that than promise a window we cannot always hold.
What it costs
Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Arrangements run from 85 to 294 dollars depending on the size you choose.
