Who we are

Miamiflowers is an independent florist delivering across Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you place it. If we cannot fulfil an order, because the address is outside our area or the day is fully booked, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. We may change prices, but never after you have paid.

What you are buying

Photographs show the style, scale and palette of an arrangement. Because flowers are farmed rather than manufactured, the exact stems vary with what is good at the market that morning. Our refund policy explains how we handle that, and it forms part of these terms.

Delivery

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete delivery address, and for telling us anything we need in order to get in, such as a gate code or a front desk. We deliver to the address you give us, not to a person.

Card messages

We print the card message exactly as you write it. We will not send a message that is abusive, threatening or unlawful, and we will refund an order rather than deliver one.

Cancellations and problems

Our refund policy covers cancellations, substitutions and anything that arrives wrong, and it forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
