Should I send to the hospital or the home?

The home, almost always. Many maternity wards limit flowers and new parents are usually discharged within a day or two, so the house is where they will actually see them.

Which colors suit a new baby?

Soft ones. Pastels, white and pale blue read right whether you know it is a boy or a girl, and nothing heavy or solemn.

Are the flowers safe around a newborn?
