It looks like the picture
Every box gets built the same way every time, so the photo on the page is the thing that turns up. If a color is short that morning we swap it for the same color at the same value and tell you before the van leaves.
It turns up when we said
In by 2pm, there this afternoon. You get a text the minute it is handed over, so you aren't left wondering whether to ask them.
If it is wrong, we fix it
Photograph it within 24 hours and we replace it or refund it. You never see what arrived, so we're not going to make you argue about it.

Four: Standard, Large, Grand, and Luxe, priced by stem count. The Luxe offers the best value per stem.
Which colors are available?
Eleven rose colors, from classic red and blush pink to white, burgundy, cream, and more. Each is shown on its own page.
Can you choose for me?
Yes. Tell us the occasion and who it's for, and our florists will select the arrangement. Use “Help me choose” on any page.
What if a color or stem is unavailable?
We substitute with the closest match in the same quality and let you know before delivery. If it isn't right, we make it right.
Do you deliver arrangements the same day?
Yes. Order by 2 PM and your arrangement is hand-delivered this afternoon.
