Accessibility
Everyone should be able to send flowers from our site. Here is what we do to make that possible and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment
We want MiamiFlowers.com to be easy to use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, zoom in, or prefer less motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we review the site whenever we make significant changes.
What we have done
- The whole site, including checkout, works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip straight to the main content.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Arrangement photos have text descriptions, and text meets color contrast requirements.
- Looping videos have a pause button, and if your device asks for reduced motion, they do not play on their own and animations stop.
- The site works at up to 200% zoom and on phone screens without losing content.
- The site is available in English and Spanish.
Known limitations
- The card fields at checkout are provided by Stripe, our payment processor, inside its own secure frame. Stripe builds them to be accessible, but we cannot change them.
- Some third party content, such as maps and Instagram posts, may not be fully accessible. The same information is available as text on the page, or we will give it to you by phone.

If anything on the site stops you from ordering, call or text us at (305) 380-3333, or email hello@miamiflowers.com. We will take your order at the same price and with the same offers as the site.
