Billing, skipping and what turns up at the door.

What color will I get?

Florist's choice. Every delivery is a different color from the one before, picked from what came in freshest that week.

When am I charged?

Your first delivery is paid today. After that, your card is charged 2 days before each delivery, so you always have time to skip one.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Anytime, online, using the link in any receipt email. No fees and no minimum number of deliveries.

Is delivery included?

Yes, on every delivery. The price you see is the price per delivery, plus tax.

Can I change the card message?

Yes. The message you set repeats on every delivery, and you can edit it before any of them.

How does the annual plan work?

Pick any arrangement and choose to repeat it yearly. Year one is the regular price plus delivery. Every year after that is 20% off the bouquet with free delivery. We email you 14 days before each date and charge 7 days before.
